Krischanna Roberson is an extraordinary strategic leader who transforms organizational performance through innovative human capital systems. A proud Brooklyn native and mother of two adults who inspire her relentless pursuit of excellence, Krischanna brings authentic leadership to complex organizational challenges. Her diverse geographic journey from Hampton, VA to Seattle, WA to Charlotte, NC and now Atlanta, GA has consistently demonstrated her ability to adapt and drive sustainable transformation across varied business environments.
Krischanna's passion for optimizing organizational systems is evident through her extensive executive leadership across higher education, K-12, and Fortune 500 organizations including Coca-Cola, where she developed and implemented strategic transformation initiatives, served on state boards and committees, and created comprehensive human capital development plans. Her business acumen and strategic vision generated measurable process improvements for the City of Bellevue PTSA Council, Bellevue School District's Superintendent's Parent Advisory Council, and the State Board of Community and Technical Colleges.
As co-leader of the strategic committee for Bellevue College, Krischanna orchestrated a collaborative partnership between the institution, school district, and City of Bellevue to develop their organizational excellence framework. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to found a nonprofit focused on strategic student development and college preparation.
Breaking barriers as the first African American elected to the Bellevue School Board, Krischanna also served on the Bellevue Police Advisory Council and as a Social Venture Partners Fellow. Her strategic leadership has earned state and national recognition, including the Community Service Leadership Award from the Washington Association of School Administrators and the National John W. Bucker Leadership Award from Pacific Educational Group.
Krischanna earned her Master's in Education Policy with a focus on Leadership & Policy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and her Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management from Saint Leo University. She resides in Atlanta, GA, where she continues solving strategic challenges for organizations ready to unlock their human capital potential.
